Responses generated by our AI are provided "as is." They may contain inaccuracies, biases, or hallucinations. Do not rely on them for professional advice (legal, medical, financial). You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs appropriately.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes or to generate harmful/infringing content.

Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.

Impersonate others or misuse the AI.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, AI models, and outputs (except your User Content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

If applicable, fees are non-refundable except as stated. We may change pricing with notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations. You may stop using the Service anytime.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
